“I had a great experience with Julie, my salesperson. She was patient and thorough. I tried several recliners before I settled on what I liked. Julie was a great help in choosing the color also. Julie answered all my questions and went through item by item of what I ordered. She called me at home after she got an explanation about the battery for the chair. I was concerned about whether I should plug the battery into a wall socket if I were to be absent for several weeks. Beautiful showroom and great staff. Automatic doors for the building would be nice.”
