“Rusty is awesome! My capacitor on my furnace fan motor went bad on this morning (4th of July) and of course supply houses are closed so I started calling and texting all HVAC contractors in my area and he responded right away and told me to come on over and pick up the capacitor. He only charged me for the cost of the part ($20) and I went home and swapped out the capacitor real quick and now I've got AC. “Mr. Dexter came for a second opinion after having been told we needed an acid neutralizer and water softener. He tested our water on the spot and said it was perfect and we needed absolutely nothing. He also informed us that the water pressure tank we currently have is in good working order, whereas the plumber who came yesterday also said it needed replaced due to its size. That plumber did not even test it, only looked at it. Mr. Dexter went above and beyond with the information we needed and was very honest. We will definitely be using him again, if the need ever arises and will for sure be recommending him to anyone who needs plumbing services.”
