“We needed a Murphy bed and searched everywhere in Central Virginia. No one had them, but Amish Furniture Connection was able to order one for us, and we are thrilled! They designed one with side shelving specifically for our space. There were dozens of wood stain choices, plenty of hardware options, and a 6-8 week turn around. We are so pleased with the quality of the workmanship, the solid wood - not veneer, and the clean installation. The bed was ready ahead of schedule. The delivery was exactly on time. Murphy beds take a long time to install. Plan on 6 or 7 hours, even if you really know what you are doing. The installers were incredible. Diligent, careful, incredibly precise as they cut holes in the back of the bookcases for the light switches and outlets. They left no mess and were very careful not to track up the carpets as they moved through the house. We could not be more pleased. Murphy beds are expensive, and I just couldn't see dropping a lot of money on an internet option that I couldn't see in person, and then having to struggle with hours of installation. Boy did we make the right choice!”

“Rusty is awesome! My capacitor on my furnace fan motor went bad on this morning (4th of July) and of course supply houses are closed so I started calling and texting all HVAC contractors in my area and he responded right away and told me to come on over and pick up the capacitor. He only charged me for the cost of the part ($20) and I went home and swapped out the capacitor real quick and now I've got AC. I'm glad I found Air Concepts and I will be using their services for my future needs as well as refer them to anyone in my area who needs service. Thanks again Rusty!”

“Payne Pools has always been very pro active with my pool needs and its water condition. All their instructions for me about treatment procedures have always been clearly written down for me to follow. Their recommendations have always been right on correct. I bought my current house with a pool already on the property. I was a complete novice with pools, never having or maintaining one. Payne gave me such good instruction on setting up and caring for the pool. Their instruction was superb. I don’t go anywhere else for chemicals and advice. One of the best perks is their free-of-charge pool water analysis. My local pool company only gives free water analysis if you buy something. Great family owned company!”

Owner was courteous enough to call back, leave a message, and politely informed me of the mistake by google search, even recommended a shop for me to try. Should I ever need appliance repair (he services washers, dryers and the like) he'll be my first call. Good customer service is hard to find these days.”
