“Been taking our dogs to this vet office for a very, very long time. Staff, and doctors are incredible and always friendly. They truly care about your pet, and answering any questions you may have. They've taken great care of our family dogs for years and years now! They don't push anything that isn't needed, and also give lots of money saving alternatives. Also, there is a wonderful woman at the front desk who treats my human kids so amazingly. Today when bringing our dog Ellie, she gave my kiddos some colors, stickers and a small toy. It's such a kind gesture, and super helpful for me as well. Can't say enough good things about this Vet office!!”

“What a great place!!! I am new to Austin and was looking for a Vet for my new fur baby and have found a place that we feel at home. I called and spoke with Red she was so nice and helpful and got me in the same day. I arrived and called letting them know I was here and they asked if I would like curbside or wait for a open room. I chose to wait for a room and the place is small but so homey and comfortable feeling like the old school Vets I've always had. Once in the room Sam the Vet Tech was awesome, nice and caring. Then I met with the Doctor and total old school, down to earth he was great he said I'm Bob wow he didn't introduce himself as Dr. So n So just simply Bob. The check out with Tera was smooth and again super nice, down to earth (she even reminded me of a friend back home for me another sign I chose the right place). I highly recommend taking your fur babies here it's refreshing to find a place that is all about "our pets" which is what it is all about. “My sister boarded her cat here while we were gone for 19 days. They treated her like royalty and provided the best care! All of the rooms are great size and the cats are all very happy. “I have been coming here for years now with my dog, the staff has always been kind and patient with both of us. When I’ve had questions about his treatment they always explain in detail the thought process behind the plan that has been laid out. Recently my dog passed away and the staff were so incredibly compassionate, i don’t have words for how grateful i am that they were able to be part of his life if only for nail trimmings and booster shots. The company that provides ashes and paw imprints provided me with such a beautiful box for him and a nose print. If i ever find room in my heart for another dog, I’ll be bringing them to Block House Creek Animal Hospital.”

“I came here today to have my dog’s ear infection checked out, it was our first visit. I’m really impressed, my dog usually stresses out at the vet, which he did at first until the vet tech and vet came in and assessed him. They both had really great energy, they handled my dog with care, the vet was very transparent/kind to my dog and me. She listened to what i had to say and didn’t under-mind my concerns or animal knowledge. That type of attention is always greatly appreciated! The bill for our visit was fairly priced, I didn’t think I was over or undercharged. My dog left more calm and relaxed compared to when we arrived. This was an overall great experience for us! I will be using this office as my main vet while I live here.”

“Back in April 2021, our Great Pyrenees dog Muffs got run over. Every other clinic said that it would cost between $5,000-$10,000 to attempt to fix her broken back leg. We almost put her down because we could not afford those prices and no guarantee that she would even be fixed. Then a friend said to call Dr. Graef. He was able to splint her back leg, and with much prayer God healed her!! For less than $500!! We are eternally grateful for him and the amazing workers at his clinic!!”

He got neutered a few days ago and I had a concern about his incision and they were very responsive and willing to get him in the same day I called. The front desk lady (sorry I forgot her name) is so sweet and reassuring. She answered all of my questions and made a over protective dog mama feel confident and at ease! They sent him home with all the necessary medications and equipment. We feel loved and well taken care of! Thank you San Gabriel Vet hospital! We’ll be back ❤️🐶”
