“Yesterday there were some unexpected obstacles with my insurance provider. They wouldn't fill my prescription in the dosage prescribed. It was very stressful. Shannon patiently answered my questions and made sure I knew what the next steps would be in procuring my meds. The projected time to get my proper prescription refill was a couple of weeks. Imagine my surprise when Shannon called this morning after taking time out of her busy work day to get in touch with the right people, saying she'd gotten it all squared away, and I could pick up my entire 90 day supply today, with the correct dosage and everything! She really went above and beyond, saving me so much grief and making me feel like a valued customer instead of just some name in the system.”

“I have a child who is a heart patient and usually use other local pharmacies for his meds. However, he is on a new med that our insurance doesn’t cover, and came to Randalls because they work with a discount program called GoodRx for this particular drug. Let me tell you, with a diabetic and a heart patient in the family, we use pharmacies A LOT. This Randall’s is tops, hands down. The first time I was in, it was right before closing time, and I was flustered because of the lack of insurance coverage. The pharmacist kindly and patiently explained the discount process throughly, I filled out a very short form, she arranged for the transfer of the script from another pharmacy, and had the script ready the following morning, no fuss, no muss. Today was my second pick up. She knew who I was and who my child was immediately upon giving her the name, asked how he was doing, and got the meds immediately--and that was even through the drive through! Randall’s is a little pricier than other grocery stores, so I admittedly haven’t shopped there very often for groceries. However, I will be transferring all my family’s prescriptions there immediately due to the outstanding customer service I have experienced at the pharmacy. Who knows-maybe I can gather enough coupon discounts to shop for regular groceries, too. The customer service sure is worth the extra expense! I highly, HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy and may be back with another review of the rest of the store soon. 😊”

“I honestly don't know what I would do without my Walmart Pharmacy team. I've had all my prescriptions here for at least 5 years. Not only have they gone above and beyond to help me, I feel like they actually know who I am and care how I am. My boyfriend usually picks up my prescriptions and they know him too. Last week I had been sick for a week. I called today to ask about a prescription and they asked if I was feeling better. He had told Judy and she remembered. “McClure's compounding pharmacy is a great addition to Georgetown. Dr. McClure and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. They are readily available to answer questions and very open to special orders/requests and were able to accommodate me in a very short time with a new mix for my office, beating the online price. They also offer traditional prescriptions and take insurance for any eligible products. Definitely a nice change from the national chains, and Dr. McClure is a native Texan and family man so I enjoyed supporting him and his small (but rapidly-growing) business. “I have been coming here for years now with my dog, the staff has always been kind and patient with both of us. When I’ve had questions about his treatment they always explain in detail the thought process behind the plan that has been laid out. Recently my dog passed away and the staff were so incredibly compassionate, i don’t have words for how grateful i am that they were able to be part of his life if only for nail trimmings and booster shots. The company that provides ashes and paw imprints provided me with such a beautiful box for him and a nose print. If i ever find room in my heart for another dog, I’ll be bringing them to Block House Creek Animal Hospital.”

“I have lived in a few RV parks in both Leander and Liberty Hill, and this one is BY FAR the best one. There is usually quite the wait list to get in, but it is worth it! The people that live here are literally the nicest people. Phil and Ronelle (park managers) are very helpful, welcoming and responsive to park needs. It’s a very neat and clean park. Darron, the owner is generous and even helped level my trailer when I first moved in. My neighbors, I actually know their names and enjoy talking to them. We are a community and look out for each other here. The fenced in yards with turf grass are perfect for my dogs to run around and play in! They never want to come inside! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend living here.”

“The concern and compassion that the entire staff has is remarkable. I live in Llano and but I visit my sister in Austin weekly. So my vet is in Llano. My point is I am not a regular customer. I have had two "emergencies" in the last 14 months and when I call them they get me in, which is just wonderful. When I had my first emergency other pet clinics / hospitals I called said no can't do it. When I called Avery Ranch they said we will squeeze you in just get here with her! But that was not all. It was just their overall attitude...THEY CARED! The staff there is amazing from Jennifer, to Alex, to the Doctors themselves. When I gave them my little four pound bundle of love I felt it will be okay, they really care and will take care of her. And they did. If I lived here, I would not go anywhere else.....I give them a 10 of 10, hands down.”

Even the office staff is prompt, polite, and concerned. I had an appointment with Dr. Saint Peters last week, and she took her time to carefully explain everything to me, and make me feel more comfortable about my cat’s needed treatment. I also have seen Dr. Daigle for YEARS! He’s kind, compassionate, and a natural diagnostician. I am very grateful to have been able to rely on him for the past 10+ years.”
