“Update: Manager Chelsea reached out right away and got me back in to fix it up at no additional charge. She took the time to discuss what I was looking for, what would look good, and how to style it. Fantastic experience on round 2. I went in for a major cut. I had approximately 12" cut off to donate and needed a short haircut style for the first time in years, and I was relying on the aestheticisan to help me find a good look. I showed her a couple of styles that I liked. One shorter that I thought would be a good style for now, and one longer that I wanted to be able to grow out to. Instead she cut some sort of weird combo, with the undercut coming nearly to the top of my head. I'm left with a weird patch of hair that's long enough to need styling, but too short on the sides to slick back or sweep to one side. It looks terrible and she even said "well that's the best we can do" when we were done. I'll be going somewhere else soon to have it cut short and start from scratch. The whole experience felt like a slightly fancier super cuts, but for twice the cost and a worse haircut. In all fairness, she seemed perfectly competent from a technical standpoint. Perhaps if I had known exactly what I wanted I would have gotten better results, but I wouldn't recommend going in trying to find a new look.”

“If you are looking for a pixie cut, look no further! Jacob has you COVERED. I went in with a pixie that had grown out to a mushroom cut over an undercut and I needed MAJOR help. Jacob listened to me during our consultation and read between the lines (he read my mind). He created such a fabulous hair-cut that looks good on ME and it was completely customized to my head and face shape. He is pure magic with scissors and took the time to teach me how to style it like he did. The environment in the salon is so lovely, it's hard to put into words. This is not your average boring salon. This is A PLACE TO BE! The artwork is beautiful and custom created by an artist from Miami. The experience is heightened by the ambiance Jacob has created in his salon. It is so hard to find stylists who do amazing pixie cuts and I'm so happy I've found Jacob at Shear Flawless!”

“I RARELY write reviews and will write them if I am 1000% satisfied. I moved back to Austin and was looking for a haircut place and this one stood out to me the most. I went in to get a haircut today because the last person I went to overcharged AND gave me the choppiest haircut ever. Lee was so kind and listened to what I wanted. She took her time to even out my hair and I absolutely love it now. My hair is naturally curly and she cut it dry which I was kind of shocked about because a lot of places I went to will cut it wet. I don't trust a lot of people with my hair, especially since it's curly but Lee has earned my trust and I will continue to go to her!! 10/10 recommend!”

“So by me traveling out of town back and fourth I decided to hit up this spot. Haven’t been in Cheddars in a min due to the menu changing. Just not a lot of selections. So I stick to what I know and usually eat. Something quick and easy. To be truthful the only reason why I come to this restaurant is because the bartender. He always made me feel welcome and not uncomfortable. Heck even time from time he recommends stuff. Thanks to Shawn I’m able to get in and out! After being on the road for so long. One thing I can say ,he can mix some drinks. Also has good customer service experience. Third time coming in off the road and he stays 💯 % with a good attitude and ( working his butt off ). If he’s not making drinks . He taking orders to cleaning. To stocking staying busy . I’m observed person. So I peep stuff. Stuff like that makes me feel like I’m in good hands. Alot Resturant employees be slacking. Though this location I feel comfortable at and know I’m get good excellent service ,especially from Shawn. Cleanest is everything to me and my food being hot!!!! I make sure I tip him and let him know… thank you for having good energy! Need more kindhearted and good vibes in this world…”

“Had a wonderful first experience at Fresh Start Laser Tattoo Removal! This is my first tattoo removal experience and I am removing a tattoo from the inside of my wrist.The office is super clean and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The staff made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. The procedure itself took less than 10 seconds and was not painful at all (more of just an uncomfortable feeling). “Another great experience at Green Alley Salon! My hair is crazy thick and I let it get super long without a professional cut for over a year, gee it might have been 2! I went to Alli with some pictures, she took her time listening and talked it out with me the whole time. It was a huge change I was doing so that was very important. I had a great time with her and received a great haircut! Not only do I now HIGHLY recommend Alli, but the rest of her staff is great too! The receptionist is friendly and helpful. Both times I have been in the salon I heard the other stylist giving great service and saw one other great cut from beginning to end. Thanks again Alli!
