I went to Fresh Start for a tattoo removal consultation. The parking situation was a little confusing but once I got inside, I was pleasantly surprised with a clean and welcoming facility. Once I went back for my consultation, all my questions were answered and my quote was given to me. I was pleased with the quote so we started my procedure right then. Had a wonderful first experience at Fresh Start Laser Tattoo Removal! This is my first tattoo removal experience and I am removing a tattoo from the inside of my wrist.The office is super clean and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The staff made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. The procedure itself took less than 10 seconds and was not painful at all (more of just an uncomfortable feeling). I am so excited to go back in 6 weeks and hoping for great results at the end! For a truly white glove customer experience I definitely recommend Fresh Start!

Originally came in for a consultation, and was given great advice on the laser they use for removing tattoos and depending on skin type how often sessions are spread out. I could definitely tell that the consultant cared about my skin and how it would take the laser treatment and how often she recommended I come back for every session. The quote she had given me was a very fair and affordable price to begin with. Overall my experience for the first time was great! I came back later the same day to begin my sessions, the process took maybe 15-20 minutes tops. It does hurt in some areas but it’s nothing compared to getting the actual tattoo itself. Glad I’m able to begin the removal process with a caring company!

Went in for a consultation, was quoted almost half the price of another tattoo removal place! Got started the same day. Tina was awesome! She was super professional and kind and was very nice to talk to. I'm so happy to have started this journey with this office! Can't wait for the final result :)
