So I called the nearest store and this very nice man offered to help me place the order , but I needed to go into the store. Me and my son drive to the store and once in the store this Young man asked if I needed some help. Told him I had just called regarding a Nintendo switch I wanted to purchase online, he automatically knew it was me on the phone and told me my order is on his screen ready for purchase. ???? I told him I had never been to this store Or any game stop store and that it was my sons first console. He welcomed me and My son and made us feel so comfortable, explaining on sales and promotions the store has done times. After our purchase I wanted to shake his hand but for safety purposes due to Covid-19, I was only able to wave and thanked this wonderful young man Ignacio for all his help. My son and I are so excited and will wait anxious for his console and games to arrive. Won’t be the last time I shop here. #askforIgnacio ????????”

I had walked in with no idea what I was asking about with zero confidence and having a pool for the 1st time ..I walked out of that store with a peace of mind. After he opened his assisted living care home my husband transfered to there and was cared for in the very best way. The owner recognized immediately a problem that my husband developed and he was taken to the hospital. Then he came back to the care home. I can highly recommend this care home to anybody who needs the best care.”
