“So, I go downstairs from my Doctor’s office (Dr Brimberry) to ARA Diagnostic Imaging only to find out that their staff is just as kind and courteous as Dr Brimberry’s. The ladies at the front counter were prompt, professional and polite. The lobby was clean AND the coffee was hot and delicious. But, as if that wasn’t enough I get treated by Lab Tech Merry whom hit a grand slam with her patience and knowledge. She treated me like Family. Made this a most “pleasurable” experience with her kindness. Kudos to the staff of ARA Diagnostic Imaging, especially Merry.”

“We can't say enough positive things about everyone at this clinic. Our child sees Dr. Shepard, who did his ear tube surgery. The doctor is very professional, knowledgeable, and also friendly with my one year old son. The surgery also went very well. The nurse (or maybe NP), Katrina, is super sweet and helpful. When my child was upset she sang the Wheels on the Bus to him and helped him calm down. The audiologist is the same way - very friendly and nice to our child. I've had to call the office a few times for follow-up care stuff and I never feel like we are bothering them. They treat us like we are their only patients. We've also never had to wait a long time in the office, everyone has been super prompt. Importantly, in our experience when they've needed to ask the doctor a follow up question Katrina calls us back the same day, usually within a few hours. This hasn't been our experience with some other doctors elsewhere, so we are so grateful to have found a doctor and clinic staff that is so friendly and courteous and responsive to our needs. Also, for our first appointment we were able to get in within 10 days (which was faster than other ENT places I called). Knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt - I don't know what else you could ask from a doctor and their staff. We would recommend this office to anyone and everyone!”

“This Psychiatry office is good, depending on what you want from your appointment. I don’t believe they provide true psychotherapy, only medication. It’s recommended that you see a counselor/psychologist for any cognitive behavioral therapy needs. That being said, your results still may vary. The Physician Assistant I’ve seen here, Amanda Hamala, is very knowledgeable about the multitude of psychoactive drugs on the market and their best use cases. They are also very efficient with their appointments, I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time to see the PA, but they have a strange policy where they will charge extra for appointments that go longer than 15 minutes. This really needs to be changed to allow more thorough consultations, especially since the appointments cost $100 with insurance. I’ve never seen them super busy with patients.”
