“I was referred to John by a business partner, and was hesitant to contact him after reading the only review he has here online. I did it anyway because it's super unusual for this person to refer me to anyone bad. I'm glad I did. I'm purchasing my first commercial property and needed commercial insurance. John went over all of the basics with me, and then even said I would probably save money by going with my current liability instance company instead. Then, he went on to tell me what I want to look for when getting a quote from them. He didn't have to do that. He was loosing money trying to do what was best for me. I'm not sure why the other reviewer had such a bad experience with John, but that was nothing like what my experience was. If anything ever changes with my current insurance company I will certainly be looking to John for any future insurance needs. There's a reason I was referred to him for being "the best that I have ever had" when my partner sent me his way. Thanks John!!”

“So, I go downstairs from my Doctor’s office (Dr Brimberry) to ARA Diagnostic Imaging only to find out that their staff is just as kind and courteous as Dr Brimberry’s. The ladies at the front counter were prompt, professional and polite. The lobby was clean AND the coffee was hot and delicious. But, as if that wasn’t enough I get treated by Lab Tech Merry whom hit a grand slam with her patience and knowledge. She treated me like Family. Made this a most “pleasurable” experience with her kindness. Kudos to the staff of ARA Diagnostic Imaging, especially Merry.”

“I was wonderfully pleased with my experience at SW Austin Dental. I’ve always had a fear of the dentist and my mind was put at ease thanks to my hygienist (whose name I can’t remember unfortunately) and Dr. Kate. They were able to very clearly explain what’s going on in my mouth and recommend ways to move forward. I left with important knowledge on how to better care for my teeth and gums and a wonderfully clean mouth with virtually no pain (which is a rarity in my dental experiences). “I lived at Windsor Oak Hill for 4 years and the only reason I moved was because I needed more space and decided to get a house. I more than enjoyed my time there. The amenities are amazing, management is very communicative, makes you feel at home and is always available for anything you need. Not to mention property is beautiful and kept very clean. When I first moved to SW Austin I leased the studio bedroom and loved it so much I eventually upgraded to the 1 bedroom! Both floor plans also came with a built in workstation which was amazing because I work from home. Amenities also cater to those with pets. There is a great dog park with obstacles and a dog washing station- my pup absolutely loved! If you’re looking for luxury style apartments in SW Austin this is your sign to check them out!”

“I love this place. I've been going here for about 3 years, and I love my therapist. I was in the dbt group therapy for teens on and off for about 1-2 years, and it was super helpful with helping me open up and feel validated in the experiences other teens were having too. The staff is really good about sticking to the proven DBT methodes, while still including information and care specific to the patient. I've noticed the most improvement with Austin DBT Associates compared to any other places I've been to in my 7 years of trying therapies. With quarentine they've also offered online therapy sessions, which ill admit is a bit more awkward than in person sessions, but has been essential to maintaining my sanity during these crazy times. I have sessions weekly, and I really feel my therapist understand me and has given me so much support through the years. She has been super adaptable to my shedule and is always working hard to give me the care I need. It's super hard to find a therapist that works for you, but I genuinely feel I've found the right fit here. Shout out to Leigh Ann Bryan, please give this woman a raise.”

“We can't say enough positive things about everyone at this clinic. Our child sees Dr. Shepard, who did his ear tube surgery. The doctor is very professional, knowledgeable, and also friendly with my one year old son. The surgery also went very well. The nurse (or maybe NP), Katrina, is super sweet and helpful. When my child was upset she sang the Wheels on the Bus to him and helped him calm down. The audiologist is the same way - very friendly and nice to our child. I've had to call the office a few times for follow-up care stuff and I never feel like we are bothering them. They treat us like we are their only patients. We've also never had to wait a long time in the office, everyone has been super prompt. Importantly, in our experience when they've needed to ask the doctor a follow up question Katrina calls us back the same day, usually within a few hours. This hasn't been our experience with some other doctors elsewhere, so we are so grateful to have found a doctor and clinic staff that is so friendly and courteous and responsive to our needs. Also, for our first appointment we were able to get in within 10 days (which was faster than other ENT places I called). Knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt - I don't know what else you could ask from a doctor and their staff. We would recommend this office to anyone and everyone!”
