Most places there was a lack of communication but with Emma communication was great. It was a seamless process. I called and let them know what day I’ll be there. My keys were ready. My apartment was ready. I had an issue with the AC the first day it was fixed the second day. . It’s really quiet for an apartment complex, which I love and it’s a beautiful site. They were persistent and were able to meet my needs and gave us the security we needed to apply! Honestly made it so easy, that it was so refreshing! Community is beautiful and quiet I love it, the amenities are great new and well kept. They act quick with any issue which is amazing. P.s. I will say when you pay rent online they add a 45$ charge just to pay online which honestly is appalling considering most apartments have charged me max 9$ to pay online, which was something I wish was brought to our attention. Nonetheless it’s a great place to live but thought that was worth mentioning.”

Honestly, Mgt Staff is EXTREMELY professional, except the new gal is snotty & tried to SPIN my personal policy concern so she could get in with her new co-workers *(you don't speak to me like that, cut me off & hang up on me: the consumer is ALWAYS right). Maintenance came out right away when needed. Pest control knocked every week (I worked from home & was there to hear them knock)... They welcomed my pet. Cindy is the manager, Emily is at the front desk, Dora is our cleaning lady, Matthew is maintenance, and Jeff is the maintenance supervisor. I had a water leak coming from my front window, and Jeff immediately assessed the situation. He went above and beyond, searching for, and fixing the leak. He is experienced, professional, and diligent. Clean-up was thorough and privacy was maintained. He even went as far as putting my curtains and pictures back on the wall with brand new cordless blinds. Thank you Sansom Pointe for taking care of your seniors!”

“I moved into Crystal Springs two weeks ago and have loved making this place home. I feel like my unit was designed specifically for me - the layout, the space, the details are all very well thought out and executed. My grandma remarked during my move in, “This is just the perfect size!” And I couldn’t agree more. I felt comfortable and completely at ease from the first night and have thoroughly enjoyed finding my rhythm and flow here. The amenities are so well designed and kept. I feel inspired and such a clarity of mind in all areas of the building - the coworking space, the pool, the gym. I feel very lucky to have discovered this hidden gem. The location is perfect for me - right on the Trinity and near all of my go to grocery stores/shopping. It does take me around 45 min to get to Dallas, but so far without crazy traffic if timed right. Victoria, Jeff and Miguel have all been amazingly responsive to every one of my questions and requests over the course of my time here from touring to getting settled in. Even maintenance has been quick, professional and kind in fulfilling requests. I feel so well taken care of by the team here. It is evident this property has been thought through extensively, with great intention put on creating the best experience for the residents which is something I deeply appreciate as a business owner myself. “We sold our home and bought another home with Matthew Brown. Matthew worked both ends as we were having a home built and he was coordinating with the builder of our new home and negotiating a lease back with the buyer of our former home. Not an easy task but Matthew pulled it off with us not paying rent for the extra month we needed! He also did an excellent job preparing appraisal details for our former home to be appraised at the selling price so there would be no hold ups. Again he did a fabulous job! We believe God brought Matthew into our lives as we are seniors and needed someone who really cared about us and our needs. Matthew always made time to listen to us. We really felt like we were his only clients even though he had dozens! We had many challenges with the new home and Matthew was involved in getting us what was important to us in our new home.
