Most places there was a lack of communication but with Emma communication was great. It was a seamless process. I called and let them know what day I’ll be there. My keys were ready. My apartment was ready. I had an issue with the AC the first day it was fixed the second day. . It’s really quiet for an apartment complex, which I love and it’s a beautiful site. I Highly recommend.”

“Absolutely love this place!🤍 Diana, and Brandi completely stole us from another property. Amanda made the signing process as easy and quick as can be. They were persistent and were able to meet my needs and gave us the security we needed to apply! Honestly made it so easy, that it was so refreshing! Community is beautiful and quiet I love it, the amenities are great new and well kept. They act quick with any issue which is amazing. P.s. I will say when you pay rent online they add a 45$ charge just to pay online which honestly is appalling considering most apartments have charged me max 9$ to pay online, which was something I wish was brought to our attention. Nonetheless it’s a great place to live but thought that was worth mentioning.”

They really worked with me and helped me get into my apartment. Some of the apartments like mine have older cabinets and stuff but they're still fine especially for someone who's single like me. The apartments are very quiet at night I haven't had any issues with parking.”

Honestly, Mgt Staff is EXTREMELY professional, except the new gal is snotty & tried to SPIN my personal policy concern so she could get in with her new co-workers *(you don't speak to me like that, cut me off & hang up on me: the consumer is ALWAYS right). Maintenance came out right away when needed. Pest control knocked every week (I worked from home & was there to hear them knock)... They welcomed my pet. I feel they need new rules on parking enforcement. Other than that, they made it work. I enjoyed my place & the view.”

“I moved into Crystal Springs two weeks ago and have loved making this place home. I feel like my unit was designed specifically for me - the layout, the space, the details are all very well thought out and executed. My grandma remarked during my move in, “This is just the perfect size!” And I couldn’t agree more. I felt comfortable and completely at ease from the first night and have thoroughly enjoyed finding my rhythm and flow here. The amenities are so well designed and kept. I feel inspired and such a clarity of mind in all areas of the building - the coworking space, the pool, the gym. I feel very lucky to have discovered this hidden gem. The location is perfect for me - right on the Trinity and near all of my go to grocery stores/shopping. It does take me around 45 min to get to Dallas, but so far without crazy traffic if timed right. Victoria, Jeff and Miguel have all been amazingly responsive to every one of my questions and requests over the course of my time here from touring to getting settled in. Even maintenance has been quick, professional and kind in fulfilling requests. I feel so well taken care of by the team here. It is evident this property has been thought through extensively, with great intention put on creating the best experience for the residents which is something I deeply appreciate as a business owner myself. My heart is full and I am so grateful to be here. 🤍”

“We sold our home and bought another home with Matthew Brown. Matthew worked both ends as we were having a home built and he was coordinating with the builder of our new home and negotiating a lease back with the buyer of our former home. Not an easy task but Matthew pulled it off with us not paying rent for the extra month we needed! He also did an excellent job preparing appraisal details for our former home to be appraised at the selling price so there would be no hold ups. Again he did a fabulous job! We believe God brought Matthew into our lives as we are seniors and needed someone who really cared about us and our needs. Matthew always made time to listen to us. We really felt like we were his only clients even though he had dozens! We had many challenges with the new home and Matthew was involved in getting us what was important to us in our new home. He was the primary reason we bought the house. If we were to explain all the times Matthew intervened on our behalf, this review would be exhausting, but suffice it to say, Matthew will always hold a special place in our hearts. “I’m not sure why there are negative reviews coming in since Ashlee has been here because she has been working so hard to make things better and folks need to remember that she came into a total mess and it will take a bit of time to straighten it all out. Yes the landscaping needs work, we were told our bushes around our air conditioners would be replaced when they took them out during the freeze last winter and it still hasn’t been done. Also there is a stump that needs to be ground up and another tree that needs to come down because literally half the tree is gone already and it looks stupid but we have to give her time to take care of it!!!!!! She hasn’t been here that long and look at how much she has done already!!!! What other manager that we have had drives the complex every morning when she gets here? In our 4 years here it has only been her! So maybe we as residents can ease up a bit and understand that she is not to blame for what has taken place prior to her arrival and give her a chance to get caught up on everything.
