No one offered a complete set of specs like CasterHQ and that was important to match the bearing sizes and and mounting holes to this old Chinese box from Harbor Freight (who didn't offer replacement wheels for this old box) and the red poly wheels look good on my red tool box ;-). “They have they are open until 5:30 Monday through Sunday and there is no one here and no call back from the number listed. They need to post closed and by appointment only so people do not take the drive in vain. **** In response to the owners response. I did call multiple times, starting in the morning, completed the form also before I drove. I took the drive because google said open until 5:30 and still today nothing, only the reply to my review which I wanted to respond too but it appears this is the only way I can by editing my review. Definitely there is a process failure when handling the Texas show room remotely. **** I have updated my rating based on the response this week from the company to correct the issue. They have also updated the hours. They are definitely demonstrated they want to do right for that I have changed my rating.”
