“I visited this store on 06/05/2021. I was greeted immediately by a friendly voice behind the counter. As I stood in line with my items, Richie, the cashier working both registers I might add, is not only giving Great customer service, but he did a great job of promoting the store's specials that were currently going on. He was letting people know that were in line, so they could go grab the item that they were unaware about without holding up the register. He was friendly, courteous, and overall a great employee for Stripes. As a person who has worked in customer service for years, I must say, Richie is the epitome of GREAT customer service. Great job Richie! Give this man a raise!!”

We had an issue over the weekend, and Shelley helped us diagnose the issue, and walked us through a short term fix to hold us over the weekend. (This was FREE by the way, and it saved us the cost of a weekend and after hours call!!) 77 Water Well, arrived the next week, and quickly remedied the issue, and now our water pressure is better than it has ever been in 5 the years we have owned the home. “Great little shop but especially wonderful are the frozen entrees. The Steak & Kidney pie is to die for and my absolute favourite while my husband prefers the Steak & Ale pie. Both pies and other frozen entrees are excellent. The proprietors are friendly and helpful but I do have one complaint - the pies just aren't big enough. ????”

The only downside is they're not local to me. ☹️ I'm in the North Texas area; however, I visit their shop whenever I'm in Magnolia visiting family.
