“I have had a good experience with Lone Star CU in the past, but I recently referred someone to them for a vehicle loan and they have dragged out the loan app for over a month - mostly because they just will not return phone calls. The loan dept is either grossly understaffed or just doesn’t care about customers. Either way, it is a very bad experience. I highly do not recommend them. I’ll update my review if things change in the near future. *** Update *** I was contacted by a manager at Lone Star CU within a few hours of posting my original 2 star review. She apologized for the way my referral was treated and promised to resolve the situation immediately - and she did. The loan rep contacted my referral within a couple of hours and got started on finalizing the loan. The loan is now complete and the loan rep stayed in touch as expected during the last few days of the process. I think they are working through process changes resulting from limited staffing, hours, etc. due to the pandemic. I will definitely use and refer them again.”

Excellent meal, attentive and welcoming staff, our server always checking that things were just right and extra rolls fresh from the oven. Ashley in the office was prompt with a text and quote. David the technician came out on a Saturday due to rain the day before. He repaired the windshield in an hour or less. “Hailley did my tour today and the apartments exceeded my expectations! They were beautiful and spacious! The ones I looked at had a modern Farmhouse style feel to me. They have washer and dryer hookups in units! But if you don’t have a washer and dryer they also have a laundry facility you can use! That’s a big plus for me. Their pool was amazing and they even had a playground for the kids! She answered every question I had and even emailed me a link for a virtual tour. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about these apartments!!! 10/10 recommend!!”

“I really enjoy going here to dine with family and friends. My most recent visit was with my daughter and granddaughter. The food is good. The atmosphere is enjoyable and pleasant. The servers are always very friendly and very helpful when it comes to taking our empty plates and refilling the drinks. Yes, during peek hours, service might slow down a bit, but the staff is always pleasant. They have a grill and a sushi bar. This place also has a cute little dissert bar with a soft serve machine and a selection of pastries and items to decorate your frozen dessert with.”

“I Just purchased a car from this dealership Iva Smith was very helpful, profesional to help me get me pre approved before I made an hour 45 min drive to the dealership. She answered all my questions and worked with me over the phone kindly. Even helped me find a bank that would not require proof of income to finance, just checked my credit score and got the down payment money. Overall great experience trustworthy Dealership and staff. Only thing i did not like is that the car was priced online and when i got to the dealership the car went up $1,200 difference from the price online.Also over the phone I was told it came with 100K mile warranty and when i got the dealership that 100k mile warranty was $3,890 separate from the cars price so over all the car went up $5,000 from the price online. I still purchased the car because like I said the bank did not require proof of income.Other than that Great dealership to shop I highly recommend it.🤩😊”
