“I Just purchased a car from this dealership Iva Smith was very helpful, profesional to help me get me pre approved before I made an hour 45 min drive to the dealership. She answered all my questions and worked with me over the phone kindly. Even helped me find a bank that would not require proof of income to finance, just checked my credit score and got the down payment money. Overall great experience trustworthy Dealership and staff. Only thing i did not like is that the car was priced online and when i got to the dealership the car went up $1,200 difference from the price online.Also over the phone I was told it came with 100K mile warranty and when i got the dealership that 100k mile warranty was $3,890 separate from the cars price so over all the car went up $5,000 from the price online. I still purchased the car because like I said the bank did not require proof of income.Other than that Great dealership to shop I highly recommend it.🤩😊”

“My wife and I were able to negotiate everything 100% over the phone or by email and not have to spend half a day waiting. When we arrived to dealership we were greeted promptly and everyone there was knowledgeable and directed my wife and I as needed. There were a few bumps along the way but were smoothed out with minimal efforts. Check these people out they are on the up and up, good experience for my wife and I, had to drive a few miles but we were treated as neighbors when we got to dealership. “They had a Clipper card that I stopped and looked at that they had a cash price on it and I don't know I just when someone applies and I'm from Greenville and I was born and raised here I feel like they should speak my language they shouldn't start talkin another language just because I walked in I feel very uncomfortable when people gave me that way it cuz it's very rude cuz I have no earthly idea what you're saying and I think that's very rude but you know I've tried to get them down and I got him down a little bit so yeah. They're probably really good place to buy a car”

“I bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata 8/30/22 and was very impressed with not only my sales person, but all the extras I received after I bought the car. 1 year of road side assistance, 4 free oil changes and 2 tire rotations and some other things as well. I drove over an hour to pick my car up and the salesman actually stayed after to take care of me! And not only did I not get the car I had originally picked out but he helped me look and test drive others even though it was already time for him to go home. My parents have also bought from here and have complete trust in this company. I recently let my other car go back from another company because I couldn’t even keep it on the road due to so many mechanical issues, but I was guaranteed warranty with my car from Barrett! Everything was so quick and easy paperwork wise, I was truly impressed. I’ve never been in and out within an hour if even that.
