“I met Pastor Don, in person, two years ago when he was passing through town and stopped to visit. A year later, he came to pray and be with me when my daughter passed away. Prior to that, I knew his twin brother Ron (USMC MIA Vietnam) when we were at Texas A&M together in the late 60s. It has been a pleasure to read his daily Facebook Ministry blog and to view his Sunday worship services on YouTube. That’s saying a lot from this “has been” Catholic. Consequently (one of Pastor Don’s favorite words), I asked him to speak at my daughter’s Memorial Service. He had never met Tamara but his words were soothing, comforting, and uplifting. If you are in need, or not, of a family church and personalized prayer I highly recommend Pastor Don at Henly Baptist Church, in Henly. I hope to be sitting in a pew there one day and surprise the heck out of him. 🤗🙏🏻🤗”

“We visited this church whole on family vacation in the area. The church originally had a different name. Then, through circumstances I'm unaware of it closed down. A pastor visiting the area saw it was closed and inquired further. This led him on an adventure that ultimately would result in the church reopening and being renamed Open Door. As bad as it is to see good churches struggle and close, it's so good to see churches started and reopened. We were ministered to by the people and by the preaching. Recommend.”

“I was in need of Sunday Service this morning, I had literally searched dozens of church’s this morning and I kept going back to St. Elizabeth’s Episcopal Church, so I decided God was telling me something I didn’t know. I showed up for the 10:00am service and was immediately greeted by the members of the church. I’ve never felt so welcomed and appreciated as a newcomer. And today’s sermon was everything I needed to hear. God truly speaks if you listen with an open heart. I found a new church community and I can’t wait for next Sunday. I’ll add that I grew up Lutheran and it didn’t matter here, everyone is so welcoming and pleasant. Such a wonderful church community. ❤️🙌🏼”

They are a Body of Non-denominational believers. 👍🏼🙏 They exercise love and compassion as our Heavenly Father instructs. Their Pastor is well spoken, and articulates his sermons with knowledge that reflects his many years of Scripture studies. Romans 12:2 Amp. “We started to attend One Chapel Kyle and loved it. They recently moved to the Austin campus and we didn't think twice about driving up to meet with people who love God, welcome everyone and are warm and kind. It's not a long way to drive and totally worth the 20 or so minutes it takes to get there. Great preaching, and worship time is fabulous. My daughter loves the youth group!!!
