That's so much better than someone just bringing you back, asking you a bunch of questions, and you have no idea who they even are. They also verified my name and date of birth each step of the way. “I came in 12/12 for my 20 week scan and saw Dr Rowe at this appointment. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the front desk and immediately helped. My wait time in the waiting room was not long at all after they called me back. Ultrasound tech was great she was very gentle and was able to get lots of pictures. She explained everything as she was going. After she completed all the measurements,Dr Rowe came in and again reviewed everything with us . With a great sense of humor by the way!! What we enjoyed the most is that we were able to get all the pictures that were taken sent to our phones immediately. Very pleasurable experience we left very happy and with lots of information.”
