“First time to use this service and every aspect of the operation worked as advertised. I requested a Monday pick up with instructions to pick items up from the porch. Two large and heavy bags were picked up and put into a marked van, returned sometime Thursday. (Note I was told their driver was in my neighborhood on Mondays and Thursday but you can pick up earlier.).Items were returned in separate shrink wrapped packages In the laundry bags we provided. Positive experience overall. Will use again.”

“My personal experience has been nothing less than excellent. Price is reasonable in comparison to other locations, less than some others in our area and maybe a little more than others. For the work they do I don’t mind paying a little more. Ive gone for several years, had a wide array of items cleaned and repaired. Never missing any items, never had any concerns. One note I will add - is there was a member of the staff that was not courteous or helpful at one time. But I don’t think she was there long. I would recommend giving them a shot!!”
