Previously, I had cleaned the sofa myself and left water stains behind. They were able to get the water stains out and made the sofa look like new. “First time to use this service and every aspect of the operation worked as advertised. I requested a Monday pick up with instructions to pick items up from the porch. Two large and heavy bags were picked up and put into a marked van, returned sometime Thursday. (Note I was told their driver was in my neighborhood on Mondays and Thursday but you can pick up earlier.).Items were returned in separate shrink wrapped packages In the laundry bags we provided. Had a sweet talk with one of the laundry staff members and she was telling me how the place utilizes ozone laundry that more effectively eliminates bacteria and viruses and protects degradation of clothing from harsh chemicals.
