“Recently I read such glowing reviews of Genesis Tires and Alignment that I decided to give them a try and get my alignment done on my truck. The price was very reasonable and the work was excellent. During the process it was discovered that my tie rods, both inner and outer, were bad. However, he was still able to align my wheels within spec. I could tell the difference right away. I changed out the tie rods myself and went back expecting to pay full price for another adjustment. I was surprised when he charged a lot less for the followup. It is nice to find someone who does a great job at a fair price and is more concerned about making the customer happy than making an extra $. I will continue to go to him and recommend him to others.”
