“I recently had the unpleasant experience of making the Final arrangements for a Love one and having dealt with other Funeral Homes in the past my expectations were low. Being in close proximity I randomly choose Lockwood Funeral Home and I am so glad I did. Let me first start off by saying that originally Ms. Geraldine assisted us through the process and got us set up with all the arrangements, costs and such. Upon finalization of everything Mr. Jones the Funeral Director, sat down with us listened to our concerns regarding our Family drama and suggested and adjusted things accordingly as to avoid chaos on the day of the Services. Upon arrival at the Services Mr. Jones had everything from parking to our arrival organized and seamless. Our Loved one looked as they had when they were living, and there was no chaos what so ever. I had never experienced nor seen a Black Funeral so well organized and go off without a hitch. Mr. Jones indeed delivered everything he promised and I am throughly impressed with his professionalism, empathy and service to the family.
