“Oscar is very knowledgeable in his trade, is honest, fair, hard working and cares for his customers. He responds quickly, making every effort to make the service call in a timely manner. After having the unit fail, the AC tech that our warranty company had out miss-diagnosed the problem and recommended a replacement part that would not fix the problem nor was it's cost covered under the warranty. Oscar checked it out and expertly explained what was wrong (12 year old evaporator coils leaking) and why the other company was incorrect. Oscar re-worked his schedule to make the installation since we were without AC. As for caring for his customers, he stopped by just to check on us and confirm if there was anything he could do while waiting for the replacement. This is Oscar's family business which he runs with customer care as the top priority. I highly recommend him for your AC needs.”
