“Myself and another driver showed up to this new Prevost shop at 6am without an appointment. Bubba, the service manager, started taking care of our bus needs at 7am, when they opened. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. After going for a test drive with me to listen for an a/c noise that the bus had been making for over 2 months, he pinpointed it and had it replaced in less than an hour. (He used a short cut that would have taken other shops atleat 8 hours to fix (I spent two days in Jersey and they couldn't find it). He also didn't have the parts we needed (imagine that, from a Prevost shop), but used a local vendor to fulfill our needs. I'm a very happy driver, with a quiet driver area, thanks to Bubba. ”
