“Samuel was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He helped my get my photos and contacts through Google. His performance gets five stars, but I rated a 4 because I am not happy with how the insurance claim process works. My phone was in mint condition, less the charging port not working. Deductible was $100 with a 3+ day waiting period. I called repair shops and got quotes 50 to 65 dollars, but again, a waiting period. Ended up buying a new phone because I did not have one currently working, and what adult with kids can wait that long without a phone. No point in having the insurance.”
