“Hosted a great DCA meeting and served a wonderful meal :carne guisada,, beans, rice, with a cheese enchilada. They also offered salmon patties for the people not eating meat. Unsweetened tea was available to drink with sweetener on the table. Two desserts were offered chocolate cake topped with strawberries and a coconut cream pie. Prizes were also handed out: a bag with the campaign slogan printed on it. The Bishop spoke and the campaign video was shone to everyone. All went well as we also got to see friends from other parishes we don't see very often.”
