“All of the whiners leaving reviews need to learn to make appointments, grow some patience or pay a little more at a local tire shop (LTS). Discount Tire is able to get better prices than a LTS because they are so large of a company. They also have a lot more customers than a LTS because they have cheaper prices and better marketing. If you go to a Discount Tire then sometimes you may be there a couple of hours unless you have an appointment. Anyways, I ordered some new wheels and tires for my truck. They got them after a few days and I went to get them installed. I didn't make an appointment so they worked me in with the other customers. Appointments first then walk-in customers. I was there for probably an hour and a half. I just talked to other people while I was there and made the most of it. The worst part of the visit was the condition of the restroom. It was clean but the toilet needs a new lid for the tank.”
