“I've been to this dunkin many times. Today's visit was excellent in every way. The two staff members were superb! They were helping multiple customers seamlessly. I asked one employee what time they opened. She said 5:00, but she was there much earlier, making the donuts. We talked for a minute. She said she loved her job! It made my day. I love meeting people who are great at what they do and are so happy it's contagious. I wish I'd taken the picture before we started eating and asked their names. Everything was delicious! Looking forward to returning soon!”

I walk in and immediately I'm greeted with a smile and they called me Mam which was just so nice and the bagel being made itself was 3x faster than normal without me having to repeat anything and the cashier made small talk with me and was all around just very nice not to mention the bagel was WARMMM!
