I caution you though, if you do, you might be like so many of us who planned on being here for a short time, but may very well be here for years! They have very tight rules, but that makes it even better for all of us. I want to single out their new maintenance guy Mike, he goes above and beyond, to not just do his job, but to make it an even better experience for all of us. My fellow RVers are like a big, eclectic, family, and they invite you into the group upon arrival. 😀 You can stay to yourself, or join the family, you’ll be accepted either way. Definitely should stay at least a night!”

“When we first moved here about 10 years ago there was a lot of craziness going on. There was a lot of drinking and partying and fighting in the streets, gunshots and things like that. But over the last three or four years it has just really calmed down. Everyone on our street works and pretty much keeps to themselves. It's really peaceful and I really like it here.”

“Very quiet little rv park. Would recommend coming in the cooler months if you don't have means to keep the rv cool during 100+ degree days as there are no shade trees on the lots. Very friendly staff and neighbors, all are retired or families that I have seen. Would recommend paying cash so you don't have to pay the extra CC fee. Very reasonable prices for a week to week. Not sure what the prices are for any longer than that. Would be 5 stars if they had awnings for shade or something to help combat the heat.”

“My husband, myself, and Molly (our golden retriever) spent 2 years here and loved every minute of it. If we hadn’t built a new home I would have been happy to stay forever. The managers were fabulous and the neighbors were so friendly. Never felt so welcomed and belonging as we did living there. ITS WELL KEPT BY THE OWNERS. PEGGY THE OWNER IS GREAT AND ALWAYS ANSWERS ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS YOU HAVE. WIFI IS AWESOME. ONLY DOWNFALL IS NO LAUNDRY MAT BUT SUPPOSE TO BE GETTING THAT IN THE NEAR FUTURE.... FINGERS CROSSED.... I WILL BE HERE FOR A WHILE AS I LOVE IT!!!!! IF YOU LIKE THE COUNTRY SCEEN, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“Chris was very nice and helpful from the moment we got there. He assisted us with setting up since we were new to the RV world. They have a playground and huge area with grass to play ball. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The neighbors were very nice as well. Jeff informed us about all the amenities that would be added and the new things that were coming. We had a situation come up and Jeff worked with us to find a solution. They are very nice people, would definitely recommend.”

“This is a wonderful place to stay in Sanger. Out in the country near the lake where at night you can look up and see all the stars and planets as if they were sparkling diamonds on black velvet. But close enough to town for food and supplies. It's a very quiet and peaceful park with very large spaces and plenty of room between your neighbors. The spaces are long and wide enough that you could park 4 vehicles and your RV if you wanted to. Did I mention free washing and drying? Plus there is a huge open space/park type area with picnic tables near the washer/dryer room. Great place for your pets and yourself to unwind. Kim and her husband take great care of this park!! You could not meet better people. Ask Kim about the high speed internet that's available. Plus they only charge you the actual KWH electricity rate unlike other local places that jack up their rates sky high. I was one of the first to move in after the Sanger KOA shoved a knife in the back of the monthly renters and gave us a week to move out. That's a whole nother story. It was a pleasure staying at Rockin H RV Ranch and someone is going to get lucky getting my old spot. Thanks Kim !! See ya next time I'm in Texas.”

“We just cannot say enough great things about this place! After a long and slightly miserable day on the road with our RV and 5 kids, we called it quits and looked for a place to overnight. Based on the reviews and price we gave Wagon Master a try. Was that the best decision possible! From the sparkling clean and fully decked out Inn and Bathrooms to the gorgeous alpacas, the refreshing pool and friendly staff, we would 10/10 recommend this to all our friends. It's a little slice of heaven.”

“The lady working here is amazing and very helpful. The campground is a little small but a quiet place to be. They are currently starting on Monday having the roads go from chat to asphalt which will be a nice touch to the park. They have a laundry room as well. You have to download an app to pay to use the washers and dryers. They have short and long term stays. You pay online through the website. Weekly was 225. If you would like to stay monthly they do background checks. The camp has a small dog run area as well.”

“We stayed here for a couple months while we were waiting to get our house built. Very nice facility and dog friendly. A lot of activities to do in a nice pool to hang out at. It’s an upscale park and you definitely pay for what you get, there are less expensive places around but they are not as nice. The traffic around this RV park is horrible with all the housing areas around here if you get out at the wrong time of day be prepared to sit in traffic on the side streets for 20 to30 minutes at times.”
