Being a technician for a plumbing company for over 12 years I have delt with alot of management from property management companies to general contractors, and Stephanie is the best. She is a very honest, and straight to the point. She makes it easy for vendors. Thank you ma'am.

I love this neighborhood it is good the roads are nice they are adding brand new trailers and it is clean a lot I have been living here for 7 years and it had been nice what i really recommend and would want to happen is to add more lights around the neighborhood because it is really dark at night and some people take some walks and there is not of light at nights and they need to add some more stuff at the park maybe like a brand new park or paint it again and I really recommend to fix up the basketball court it would be much more better and more fun a lot of kids would come more outside I’d y’all add more activities.

I love our new management. Looks like their putting rules in place to stop the noise. Just wanna enjoy quiet. Paved new roads and cleaning up the park. Sounds great to me. Keep up the good work Stephanie.
