“Dr. a and Bailey are amazing. Not only do they take their time to make sure you u sweat and every step but they also call / text check on you off hours and weekends. Dr A found out I was in pain from 4-6 am and told me never to wait again to call her. I have very high anxiety for all things and she set up a very comfortable and safe environment for me to be calm during IV sedation and some pretty intense work needed. She is a very calming force and I would trust my whole family with her and Bailey as well! We are so happy to have you here in Roanoke and know our community is going to be so blessed by having you here! Also, being right next to the smoothie place was a perfect first stop to finally get some liquid only food after fasting and surgery.”

“There are people who do their job, and then there are people like Michelle, who go above and beyond. Last week, I went in, feeling a bit upset, because I thought that we would need to spend lots of money to replace my son’s glasses. She worked with us to find an affordable pair, being considerate of the budget we have her while looking for something my son would liked. Not only that, but she was knowledgeable and informative on accessories my son needed to properly care for glasses. She made suggesting for regular and sports wear. As we were leaving, she noticed that my son’s glasses dropped and made adjustments to the legs so that they sit correctly without falling off (which our optometrist did not catch over a year). She was attentive and professional, accommodating and patient. As we were leaving, my daughter (who tends to be shy), asked Michelle for help adjusting her glasses. I left Walmart’s Eye Center a happy mom thanks to Michelle.”
