Chris, the manager, and Rusty in parts, are beyond patient and went above and beyond to help me find a side rear view mirror for a low cost, fast shipping, and even helped me find a body shop to paint and install it! The dealership would’ve charged me four times that much. Not to mention, a week or so before, another employee kindly installed a battery for me and saved me tons of time instead of waiting on Walmart’s auto shop. I appreciate the employees at this store. “I've reviewed Pit Stop in the past.. but I just have to post again regarding how extremely trustworthy and kind-hearted Luis and Esteban both are. Recently I brought my newest car to them, hoping that they could repair the damage done by another repair shop. They did NOT let me down.. Esteban fixed the problem, which really took some creative thought, as it was an unusual repair. They've worked miracles for me in the past also. I drove a 1989 Toyota cargo van for 27 years and honestly Luis and Esteban were the lifeline for that old van for a long time. They kept it going. And while I was shopping for a newer (used) vehicle; I brought each car to them to find any problems. They did detailed inspections on each car I brought them and they made me aware of any issues, (large or small). Another feature of Pit Stop is lower prices. For the last repair I needed to have; another shop quoted the charge would be $746.68... Esteban did the repair for $225. I love those brothers and will always remain a loyal dedicated customer.”

“Hopefully I won’t need BNT Paint and Body due to an accident. But if I do, they’ll be my first call. My miner accident was 12/14/23. My insurance carrier gave me a Chevy dealership in Rockwall. “My muffler came off while traveling from Louisiana to Texas, and they were one of only a few places that were open on Sunday. They told me to come by, so I did, and once they finished working a tire change on one vehicle and an oil change on another, they loaded up my truck and started working on it. I didn't have a replacement, but the guy working on it came out of a side room with a brand new muffler, gave it a test fit, and then proceeded to weld it on along with a short exhaust pipe that he put together on the spot. The whole thing took no longer than it took for me to walk to a little store across the street to use the bathroom, grab some water, and a milkshake out of gratitude for the bathroom access. Cranked it up, and my truck was quieter than when I first took ownership of it! They charged a fraction of the price I was expecting. Really, a top-notch business! Side note, bring cash as they didn't accept credit cards. There is an ATM at a gas station about a block away if you are in a pinch.”

“I hate buying used cars away from a dealership because of the dishonesty, pressure and flipping of auction cars. You get totally lied to about the condition along with just about everything, but when you only have so much to spend - you take your chances, do your homework, have it inspected, etc. I had been looking for a year for a little SUV (Honda/Subaru), certain years and a one owner with decent mileage. I found the most immaculate one owner Subaru at Prime Time Auto Group for a price much lower than most I had seen at this condition. Could it be true? Well, it was. The salesmen (Jason) was the most laid back salesmen I've EVER dealt with. Came out with the key and just handed over the car for me to take to my mechanic for an hour+ away. The owner (Jimmy) was highly personable to the point of thinking they would be fun to hang with. They did some extra research on when timing belt was change because that was not in the listing. I also questioned the review I saw where the lady posted her text messages (notice the entire conversation was not shown). He gave me the details of the exchange that made me think, I wouldn't want to do business with that type of person either - which made me feel more comfortable that he will not do anything to sell a car. My experience was exceptional, fast and easy. I would recommend them highly over craigslist and other dealers at this level of sells.”
