“I hate buying used cars away from a dealership because of the dishonesty, pressure and flipping of auction cars. You get totally lied to about the condition along with just about everything, but when you only have so much to spend - you take your chances, do your homework, have it inspected, etc. I had been looking for a year for a little SUV (Honda/Subaru), certain years and a one owner with decent mileage. I found the most immaculate one owner Subaru at Prime Time Auto Group for a price much lower than most I had seen at this condition. Could it be true? Well, it was. The salesmen (Jason) was the most laid back salesmen I've EVER dealt with. Came out with the key and just handed over the car for me to take to my mechanic for an hour+ away. The owner (Jimmy) was highly personable to the point of thinking they would be fun to hang with. They did some extra research on when timing belt was change because that was not in the listing. I also questioned the review I saw where the lady posted her text messages (notice the entire conversation was not shown). He gave me the details of the exchange that made me think, I wouldn't want to do business with that type of person either - which made me feel more comfortable that he will not do anything to sell a car. My experience was exceptional, fast and easy. I would recommend them highly over craigslist and other dealers at this level of sells.”

“Best repair shop I’ve ever gone to. I had 4-4 wheelers that either needed tuneup’s repairs or just warranty issues. I didn’t have a trailer big enough to get them to the shop and they were gracious enough to come pick them up at my house and take them to the shop for repair. The service manager did an awesome job of communicating daily on what was going on with my Repairs pricing and when they would be ready. A few days after the units were returned back to my house he again called me to make sure everything was running right and I was satisfied with the work they had done. No one ever does that.
