Though I have never personally prepared a cruller, apparently they are hard to master. You must get the edges crispy While leaving the inside light and fluffy. There is also a sugar factor, too much sugar, blah not enough sugar , meh. And I don’t know what the difference is but they can sometimes turn out really greasy which is not good In a donut ha ha. Even my favorite donut shop, my formally favorite donut shop it was hit or miss. Well Kim & songs donut shop you nailed it. Thank you , I can die now.”
