“Staying at out town at spring hills suites in Addison(don’t stay there) and our catalytic converter was stolen in broad day light. Needed to leave the next morning and dealership said they have a 6 mo back order for that part. Called a few shops in the area and this shop was super helpful over the phone said he could fix it right away when they open in the morning with an aftermarket catalytic converter. Got there at 8:30 and was done in an hour. Very talented welder. No check engine light like a lot of people warn about using the am catalytic converter. Amazing service!”

I am an animal lover and it was nice to see their dealership pet parrot being loved and cared for as well as talked to and spoiled with peanuts. I saw this level of care to their parrot each time I went to the dealership which was on many occasions. I ordered the Jeep a few months before it arrived and Frank kept in communication with me as to updates diligently. Also when I purchased the Jeep he made sure I was set up with everything and my Jeep apps. He showed me how to use my car as I’ve never had a hybrid before and showed me how to use all of my apps. “I took my 2019 f250 about a year ago due to my tune/deleted engine being hard on the original, the second one ran perfectly till I had a minor incident and ran it like that till I apparently burned the clutches. I dropped it of last week this being the second and they did promised me an earlier date to be finished my new date is only 5 days off. I know they are doing what they do best and making it ready for me to beat it on a daily basis with out hiccups. Plus did I mention 3k for a refurbished transmission installed?....you’ll find one at the junk yard for $3,250 at least that was the lowest I found without labor. I will follow up with an updated review once I received the truck in progress. Hopefully it’s as easy as it was last time (literally get in start it and go, I drove straight to Denver from the shop that same date) also I do roofing work for a living and haul 10-16k lbs daily.”
