“This is becoming rapidly one of the best locations in Dallas. There must’ve been some form of management change over the last three months because you can see and smell the difference. The store has gone from a inconsistent and run down establishment to one that is clearly seeing attention and improving rapidly. The quality of the food as well as the attentiveness at the register has improved greatly. The manager is often visible and fully engaged. Keep rocking it old-school! It’s important to provide good customer service and a consistent quality product as well as a clean environment. Thank you for recognizing that and making it a priority. “Best traditional (non decorated) cookies I’ve had in Dallas. I’ve been coming here since SMU in “05 & still drive up there usually once a week. The folks working are always very friendly & I love their soda fountain - large foam cups, Diet Coke & GOOD ice! As for the cookies, you can taste the quality of the ingredients & freshness. I think my favorite is the oatmeal chocolate chip. My only complaint is the parking in Snider Plaza is atrocious 24/7.”
