“This morning around 6AM my husbands tired got a flat on the freeway. After we pulled off, we called 4 other “24 Hour” places to no answer before calling Max Express. The gentleman there answered almost immediately and was very professional, giving us a very quick time frame for the tire change. When the service tech showed up well within the estimated time, he had all the tools he needed for the job. He worked very quick and efficiently, even going as far as carefully loading our tire and supplies back into our trunk for us. Our spare tire even had no air in it, and he was able to put air in at the same time he installed it. He offered some recommendations for future care that was incredibly helpful. We will definitely give this company our business again, should we be in this position again.”

“My Land Cruiser was victim to the massive hail storm in Denton County Texas in late March of 2017. Due to the number of vehicles affected the wait to have you vehicle repaired by Hail repair or body shops was (of course) and still is (Nov 2017) long. I decided to try finding a place in Dallas or Tarrent county. After searching online and reading reviews I decided I would call Hail King. Hank, the owner answered, he was in Las Vegas with his sons celebrating his deceased wife's life there because she loved Las Vegas. After an awesome conversation we decided he would contact me when he returned. The same day he called me he drove to my home in Highland Village (his shop is 30 miles from my home) and gave me a quote for repair. A week later I decided he would do the work. Hank came to my home again, picked up the Land Cruiser (which had a lot of damage, from baseball size hail) then returned the 2013 Land Cruiser a week later looking like it just came off the New Car lot and the interior had also been detailed (when I picked up my 16 year old son that afternoon he said, "Why does your car look and smell new? Is this a different car?"). The next day I called Hank because my backup camera wasn't working and thought he could help me trouble shoot the problem, instead he showed up the next day and figured out the problem and it was fixed in minutes. I will never have to research again when I need any body work done on any of my vehicles as long as Hail King is in business. Bottom line..Hank "Gets it", customer service, quality, and very reasonably priced. Cheers! To Hail King!”

“I had a battery replaced at Christensen Tire & Automotive at 1407 E Belt Line Rd, Richardson, TX 75081 on December 2020. They put in an Interstate battery that had a 2-year warranty. I had problems with the battery not staying charged and I had it tested and it was bad. Christensen Tire & Automotive tried to charge me $178.59 for a new battery that was still under warranty. DO NOT GO TO Christensen Tire & Automotive because they will try to sell you snake oil and rip you off. They were going to get a new battery from Interstate Battery at no cost to them because the battery was under warranty and charge me for it. That is very deceitful. STAY AWAY FROM CHRISTENSEN TIRE & AUTOMOTIVE AT 1407 E BELT LINE RD, RICHARDSON, TX 75081. I came to Interstate Battery and showed my receipt from when I purchased it from Christensen Tire & Automotive (2020) and Interstate Battery told me it was still under warranty and that there would be NO charge for the battery. Pete was very helpful along with the other gentleman that tested my battery. They were both friendly and gave great customer service! I recommend coming to Interstate Battery for your battery needs. I'm not sure why there are all these negative comments about not getting a new battery that is under warranty. There are always two sides to a story. I never had a problem and I had a wonderful experience. Thank you. “We tried this place after we did some shopping at the outlets across the street. Everything we had was good. Great spinach and artichoke dip. My youngest had the chicken tenders. The best part about his meal is they were freshly made and not frozen store bought tenders. The main courses we had were great. My wife really loved the lemon chicken and raved about the grits. Great atmosphere, drinks, and the bathrooms were clean. I have a feeling we'll be back if we come outlet shopping again.”

The reason for the 5 stars is because the guy at the front desk was super honest with me and told me what i really needed , had it been another shop they would have probably took the money did the tire rotation and sais nothing.
