For some reason or another after speaking to him for about 45 minutes I trust in and we ordered my material. He got the material in. Fix the car in one day or I should say my seat. I have never ever in my life been so completely satisfied with a job that was so well done and explained to me in great detail how it was done. I would recommend this Brian's business to anyone and everyone he really cares about his business and his customers. I have an 02 GMC Denali. The driver seat was just gone. At the prices for new ones I decided to spend the money and fix this one. Here's a picture you be the judge. Looks like it just came from the factory. “I was lucky to find Trophy Trailers by searching about half the US on craigslist for an offroad cargo trailer made by cargo craft. They had the same trailers offered by another dealer at substantially lower costs. Jerry was very knowledgable about the product and very easy to work with. It would be a 1000 mile drive for me to purchase from them and Jerry sent videos of everything on the trailer showing that everything was in working order. It was a 1st class operation selling trophy cars and trailers in New Braunfels,Texas. It was well worth the drive even during the Texas ice storms.”

“I have not had a chance to use this business yet. I called several companies and could not get any pricing or real information over the phone. Everyone wanted to come out and do a free estimate. Normally that would be fine but this is a rental house that is located in another state so I do not have the luxury of having several people give me an estimate and I did not want to inconvenience the renter. I called Pest Force and spoke to Cyndy, she was very nice, very professional and gave me all the information I needed. I was also able to schedule service for the next day which is tomorrow. They did not have to go out to give me an estimate as she gave me that information over the phone. I was able to schedule right then and there and also signed up for their quarterly service. Since I have not had the service this review is based completely on my interaction with Cyndy. I am hopeful and confident that all the other employees are as nice and efficient as she was. For right now I'm giving them five stars. if anything changes I will update my review. I'm sure that they will do a great job.”

“Someone needs to give Taylor a raise! She was so helpful helping me find what I needed. She let my kitten try on the harness to make sure it fit and also gave me recommendations for his wet food. I also almost messed up his name tag but she was so helpful and tried to fix it. She even said that she'd make me a new one if it didn't turn out good. But it did and I was very happy with everything. She communicated everything beautifully! Kudos 🎉”
