I have never had a doctor care so much about me and helping me with all of my funky conditions. I first saw Dr. Van Diest in Abilene Texas. I have followed her all the way to Bulverde, Tx, which is a good 3 hours away from me but well worth the drive. She is special and unique and truly cares about every patient. I believe and this is my opinion only, but I believe Dr. Van Diest has been rousted by companies she has been affiliated with because she does not see her patients as a number and just run them thru the shoot. She spends the time with her patients and address their needs. Each patient gets the same level of care and concern. Dr. Van Diest puts her heart and soul into the care she provides. “I had my very first appointment today with Dr. Charlie Majdalani. It has been well over 10 years since I last visited any dentist (yikes!). So, of course, I was a bit apprehensive about what to expect regarding my visit. I went in for a general cleaning and also had X-rays and photos taken to supplement my new patient file. As soon as I entered, Vanessa and the rest of the team made me feel welcomed and at ease. They answered all of my questions and explained to me any balances that would be due after my insurance kicked in. I am so glad that I found Dr. Majdalani's office through Google and I will certainly be back soon.
