Coach Tracy was getting ready to start a class and she took the time to speak with me and answer questions. It’s more than a place to workout!! They’re like family💕 a variety of people, ranging in all ages, each of us at different levels in our fitness, everyone willing to encourage you during a workout. Warren and Jennifer are the new owners and have brought a breath of fresh air. They have really brought it to another level. They truly care about the members. It doesn’t matter if I have a good or bad day I look forward to my workout and to seeing my fitness “family” i love the variety of workouts and it’s a BONUS to have the time with different members to smile, laugh or that person to listen when going thru a tough time in life!
