“We arrived here a couple weeks ago, relocating from out of state. The park is relatively new (Jan 2023) and "no frills" (no amenities like laundry, restrooms/showers,etc), which is fine for our needs at the moment. It is located in a very rural area. Water & electric are included in the cost, and the cost is affordable. Dogs welcome. The park management is onsite, and they are responsive. There are a few rigs that appear to be here for the long term, but since we've been here, there have been quite a few who come for a day or a few and then travel on. On the western boundary, the park abuts a fenced field where cows roam throughout the day. The eastern boundary is an empty field. At this time of year, fireflies come out in the evening, which was neat to see. The closest stores are about 9 miles away (15 minute drive along country roads) in Anna, where you can find a Walmart, restaurants, gas, etc. I haven't been to a laundromat yet, but the closest appears to be in McKinney, also a 15-20 minute drive.”

“The manager here is a down to earth, family kind of guy. He educated us on the buildings & the process to have one delivered on our property. Simple process (straightforward deal) & nice quality buildings. Update 8/2019: We ended up getting an awesome red barn 16x10 from his lot. We do think its pretty great! Has a metal roof with high quality throughout, substantial doors. Has lofts & is solid. Has added to the value of our property & we no longer are paying the storage fee for a storage we had for over 10 years! The delivery guy in our case was a father son team & were able to get it in a smaller space using some awesome equipment. Pros... Thanks!”

“Inviting and clean park with a modern design. Wonderful staff and easy online booking, check in and out processes. They are still under construction....adding more spots and a pool next year. Good dog park. 2 community fire pits in the pretty courtyard. I love it when parks have a fitness room, just wish it had a door separating it from the common room for a little more privacy. Pricey for what you get ($50-$80/night) and for the location. Nothing in walking distance, not even the lake. Feels like you're in the middle of farm country.”

“We enjoyed a simple and quiet stay at Dove Hill RV Park. It is a very clean park with large pull through rock sites, full hookups, is set in a safe quiet area not too far off of main hwy that is very easy to get to. The large grassy area is great to walk your dogs. You might even get an up close visit from the livestock on neighboring fence line! I wish I could have spent more time outdoors at the beautiful pond. We originally wanted to park there for a week while we had work done on our home, but ended staying for a whole month. Chris worked with us on short notice, to get a spot, and we appreciate her genuine concern and kindness throughout the arrival process, our stay, and even the follow up after departure. We are glad to have found their place and are looking forward to seeing the new phase when it's completed.”

“I really enjoyed staying at Sundowner. It’s was super peaceful and picturesque. The sunsets were amazing, and we loved walking to the back wooded area to sit and just talk. The faculty are welcoming and always have a smile on their faces. I love that there are storage units here. I used it as my walk-in closet, my huge walk-in closet haha. The entire park is super clean, and so are the restrooms. Another perk was that it felt like a gated community. Having a gate code was great as well. It made for an experience that felt safe. “RV Villas on Lake Lavon is locally family owned RV Park. I had the honors being one of the first residence staying at RV Villas really miss not being there. With new job had to move away. The Craftmanship went into this RV Park is something you never seen before, trust me its first class. Each RV spot has painted six foot painted wood and power coated iron ornament fence. front entry is iron ornament well crafted first class door that you can lock by key. They provide you with wireless door bell. Storage building 4x5x6 with large door to lock. Irrigation system for grass and oak tree they had installed. Out front every resident has mail box with different animated covers. I was getting UPS deliveries they knew my address by number on front gate. The lawn maintenance is provided by the owners. I have to add their enclosed green belt fenced in made by Iron ornament & wood fence. Great place to meet and greet new neighbors when walking your pets.”

“We are so grateful to have such a welcoming place to call home, in such a great location. We love it here. I am glad they are taking care of the excess cars. If you don't have a sticker for your car, it will get towed. This is honestly the best place I have lived in this price range. Safe, secure, country atmosphere with all amenities available with 15 minutes. The staff are amazing and this is truly a community that cares. They do a lot for the kids which is very sweet. We love Leslie (the manager) and the way she takes care of this property. She definitely goes to bat for her residents.”

“We love the ranch! The owners are available in a way we’ve never experienced, they are very helpful and prompt. There is a huge sense of community within the occupants. So many times we had a neighbor who needed help and many of the other neighbors were available right away! The holidays are beautiful, as Alisha and Mark decorate so festively. The entire ranch is beautifully kept and everyone is so giving. The pavilion is a wonderful social environment, the public shower and toilet are kept like you would in your home and the gardens are such a great additional perk, as the veggies are shared! There is so much space to walk and it is so quiet. We would have stayed forever, but we retired and are now traveling full time. When we return for the winter, we will pray there is a space available for us. Our view was impeccable.”

I love our place as we got married here and had our first child here as well. It's our lucky place. Coming to landlords mark and rose, I have never ever seen such a humble people.
