“We arrived here a couple weeks ago, relocating from out of state. The park is relatively new (Jan 2023) and "no frills" (no amenities like laundry, restrooms/showers,etc), which is fine for our needs at the moment. It is located in a very rural area. Water & electric are included in the cost, and the cost is affordable. Dogs welcome. The park management is onsite, and they are responsive. There are a few rigs that appear to be here for the long term, but since we've been here, there have been quite a few who come for a day or a few and then travel on. On the western boundary, the park abuts a fenced field where cows roam throughout the day. The eastern boundary is an empty field. At this time of year, fireflies come out in the evening, which was neat to see. The closest stores are about 9 miles away (15 minute drive along country roads) in Anna, where you can find a Walmart, restaurants, gas, etc. I haven't been to a laundromat yet, but the closest appears to be in McKinney, also a 15-20 minute drive.”

“The manager here is a down to earth, family kind of guy. He educated us on the buildings & the process to have one delivered on our property. Simple process (straightforward deal) & nice quality buildings. Update 8/2019: We ended up getting an awesome red barn 16x10 from his lot. We do think its pretty great! Has a metal roof with high quality throughout, substantial doors. Has lofts & is solid. Has added to the value of our property & we no longer are paying the storage fee for a storage we had for over 10 years! The delivery guy in our case was a father son team & were able to get it in a smaller space using some awesome equipment. Pros... Thanks!”

“Inviting and clean park with a modern design. Wonderful staff and easy online booking, check in and out processes. They are still under construction....adding more spots and a pool next year. Good dog park. 2 community fire pits in the pretty courtyard. I love it when parks have a fitness room, just wish it had a door separating it from the common room for a little more privacy. Pricey for what you get ($50-$80/night) and for the location. Nothing in walking distance, not even the lake. Feels like you're in the middle of farm country.”

“They are the sweetest people that run this establishment. When I didn't have enough money for my deposit because I had cash only he let it slide and I appreciate that because I wasn't expecting to have a deposit fee so with that being said that meant a lot right off the Jump. Secondly the rooms are massive the beds are comfy maybe a little too big in fact and I'm a big person so I'm 6'2 and my feet did not hang off the bed and I loved it. The only thing that was bad was the orange juice it was old so it was not very good and it didn't settle very well but it didn't make me sick so that's okay anyhow I suggest this place they're great people great patrons and not a lot of drug activity whatsoever which is even better and if you don't mind pot that's the only thing that you can smell.”

“We enjoyed a simple and quiet stay at Dove Hill RV Park. It is a very clean park with large pull through rock sites, full hookups, is set in a safe quiet area not too far off of main hwy that is very easy to get to. The large grassy area is great to walk your dogs. You might even get an up close visit from the livestock on neighboring fence line! I wish I could have spent more time outdoors at the beautiful pond. We originally wanted to park there for a week while we had work done on our home, but ended staying for a whole month. Chris worked with us on short notice, to get a spot, and we appreciate her genuine concern and kindness throughout the arrival process, our stay, and even the follow up after departure. We are glad to have found their place and are looking forward to seeing the new phase when it's completed.”

“We spent HOURS here with our toddler and 6mo old. The workshop was magical and so fun and interactive for the kiddos. The carousel, train ride, and cotton candy were the biggest hits for our toddler, while baby stared wide-eyed at all the colorful lights. Really enjoyed that we were able to do things at our own pace and were able to visit all the spots/rides as many times as we wanted. Definitely plan to make this an annual stop! Bonus points for really nice, clean bathrooms.”

“I really enjoyed staying at Sundowner. It’s was super peaceful and picturesque. The sunsets were amazing, and we loved walking to the back wooded area to sit and just talk. The faculty are welcoming and always have a smile on their faces. I love that there are storage units here. I used it as my walk-in closet, my huge walk-in closet haha. The entire park is super clean, and so are the restrooms. Another perk was that it felt like a gated community. Having a gate code was great as well. It made for an experience that felt safe. Taking care of things for me down to accepting my mail for me and making sure my needs are met with what I need. Very professional! I would also like to acknowledge the lady in the dining room in the mornings,Cheryll. She does an excellent job at preparing and setting everything up. Also,she is never late and most of time early to get things rolling. Last but not least is the lady who just started. Her name is Carla,she does a very exceptional job at customer service and being knowledgeable with taking care of her responsibilities. I have been working in this area for a little over a year now and staying here. I have no complaints with the staff and their services. They are always willing to help me with my needs,all the way from the morning shift to the lady that works over night , all the way to the maids and the lady that does laundry. Very good staff with good attitudes. They make things very easy for me.Very good to me. Thanks guys!”

“Howdy y'all! I've been staying at the crash pad for two years now and all I can say is that I love it here. My housemates are sweet, classy ladies that I love to be around that I have made some great friendships that I will cherish forever. The two main reason why I decided on this crash pad was because of the homey, welcoming environment and the lady who runs the house has one of the sweetest souls I have ever met.
