From the time we first entered, we sensed the Spirit of the Lord resides in the heart of that congregation. The beautiful sanctuary was the perfect space to host the opening night comedy showcase and it was wonderful to laugh with a great group of comedians and an enthusiastic crowd. The church building itself has excellent facilities and we were so comfortable during all of the activities. Located in the heart of a vibrant and quaint downtown, you can tell that the church is a vital part of their community. I pray God's blessing remains over the building, the staff and congregation of First Baptist Church, and the welcoming town of Wylie, TX. FBC is heavily involved in serving/benefiting our community in ways that many don't see such as maintaining homes in the area for families in need to be able to live in for free until getting back on their feet.
