Professionalism, respect, integrity, and attention to detail are paramount in this companies operations.
Two techs came out to repair my water heater that was poorly attempted by one other contractor. Because they took the time to thoroughly inspect and test this unit and all its components they fixed it with the replacement of a .25 part. The other plumping company wanted to replace it ( its one year old , bad wiring nut caused a wire issue ). They took the time to show me all about the water heater and how it works as well a safe operation and what to look for if it fails. I am impressed with this company and how the employees handle contracts, they show they care and insure that everything was running properly and safely before they departed.

They were also wearing mask protect themselves and our family against COVID -19. They were also wearing shoe covers as to not drag dirt into the house.

Love this company! We have used Nutex for service on our air conditioning and were very happy with their fast response time, professionalism, and excellent service. Right now with the coronavirus going around it’s very hard to get someone to come to your house!! My air conditioner unit went out and it got up to 98 degrees in my home!! The whole inside and outside unit had to be replaced! Let me just say that this company made the whole process so easy and had the new unit up and going right away!! The crew that came to my house were so nice and professional!! Thank y’all so much for working with me and coming so quickly!

I was very impressed with this company. Stormy was extremely upfront, honest and so kind. He took time to show and explain the "why" to the problem. I will definitely be using them if needed again! They saved a lot of cost and saved me from this 103 degree heat. Thank you.
