“I highly recommend if your child needs ABA Therapy services. Enrollment was a positive experience (simply to note ABA services are in VERY high demand everywhere it is normal that the enrollment process takes a few weeks to complete). I visited multiple local therapy options and fell in love with this location. Their summer “bee” theme is so unique. They celebrate birthdays with bumble bee cute antennas and have honey lollipops. It has been a positive experience. My son enjoyed it so much that he requested additional time himself during the summer months. The therapists are very engaging and friendly. Always greeted with a friendly smile and hello by the lovely front office manager. She is so kind acknowledging every child by name with a friendly good morning or goodbye have a nice day! Received a daily report card with everything a parent would want to know. We loved our Behavior Exchange Prosper experience! Thank you to everyone there!”

“All I can say is wow! God brought 3:16 Realty into our lives at just the right time. We moved out of our house before ever putting it on the market. In fact, we moved far enough away that we would not be able to be there when repairmen, inspectors, etc… came by the house. Through all this the team at 3:16 Realty was there. They showed up at every inspection and helped us source contractors to repair items on the inspection. This team is truly a gift from God. Typical of any house in Texas there is bound to be foundation issues. However, being from another state this never occurred to me! As such, when I was told that my house had foundation issues I was incredibly distressed. I expected a huge repair bill! However, the team at 3:16 Realty re-focused my attention on God and walked me through the entire process. Going as far as to find a foundation company and schedule the repairs! Through God’s provision what I thought was going to be a huge bill ended up being the smallest bill I had ever heard of for foundation repairs. This is just one of many instances where this team helped me (a distressed seller) find, re-focus, and align on what to do for the house I was selling. I could go on and on about their 20+ years experience living and being realtors in the DFW area. Or how they did a very detailed pre-inspection pointing out what an inspector might find and what should and should not be repaired or replaced.
