Lauren at the service desk let me know how things would go, how long it would take, and directed me to the waiting area. Comfy chairs (spaced widely for easy social distancing),good variety of beverages (including quality tea, which is exceptionally rare), and a generally comfortable atmosphere kept me comfortable while I waited. While I don't hope for another recall on my vehicle, I had an excellent experience.”

“I was there within an hour of opening on a weekday, and let me tell you that is the time to go. I always get the best oil change package so my oil change lasts a year instead of 3 months. It's a much better price overall if you can afford to spend a little more in the short run you will save in the long run! That is if your vehicle doesn't burn oil. The oil change was super quick since I didn't have to wait in line. The workers were super nice and know I will be going there again next year.”

“I was initially hesitant as I didn't have the greatest experience with the sales team, however the service department met my expectations. They were prompt in greeting me as I pulled up, and scheduling service was easy through the app and online. They also finished with my car in a reasonable amount of time. The car wash was a nice plus. If they continue this level of service I will definitely continue coming here for my service needs.”
