“This is a very great alternative than going to a hospital. Overall, the waiting time is much less than a hospital. They even have an online sign in sheet so that you can "reserve" your place in line. As with other businesses, they operate on the "first come, first serve" model, so the earlier you can sign in, the better. My only bad experience involved a woman who claimed to have arrived earlier than me, but could not sing in because the computer was still "offline". She claimed to have been in the restroom when I arrived, and had to sign in after I did, since I was 1st in line. Other than that incident, the PA was very professional and documented my visit thoroughly. Since I had insurance, I was not required to initially pay but was billed later for my deductible. I highly recommend this medical service.”
