“Blanca is the most helpful and kind person. I started my daughters at the gym and was having some trouble getting my youngest placed in an appropriate class for her skill level. Blanca didn’t turn me away without a solution she spoke to the owner and was able to get my daughter a tryout for pre team! This saved us from having her in a class that was not challenging her and wasting time and money. I can’t thank her enough! “Katie is legit. After two acl surgeries I really wanted to make sure I went to a phycial therapist who would get me back to my prime. Katie did just that. I love that she is honest and will challenge you to stp out of your comfort zone and build confidence in yourself. She not only focuses on the problem area but your full body and making sure your form is right and proper. Overall you leave her office well educated. I appreciate the time she spent with me and really improving my form. I highly recommend Katie. I know if i ever have to get a 3rd acl surgery I will make the trip for Katie.”
