“From an RV owner. I bought my RV a little over a year ago. It's been fantastic having it in the ADV rental program. My wife even asked if we should get another one. All the service and rental employees are very friendly and personable. The RV is clean and ready to go when I get there. I don't have any storage fees, their service department gets everything done in a timely manner when the parts are available. Most issues I only know about because I've been told they're fixed or I see the warranty claim they put in my monthly statements(because I still have factory warranties). Otherwise, I'm just hopping in my RV and we're out on our next adventure. We don't make a ton of money off it,, but I can't imagine making any if I had to pay for cleaning, storage, and maintenance all on my own. Sometimes it's rented when we want to use it (they'll kick out a rental if you want your RV, but we usually take the income as we'll make more than we spend on a cabin or other lodging). That's why we were thinking about a second unit, or even a unit in another state we can fly to and embark from there. I would not consider another RV rental program if it wasn't as hands off and convenient as ADV.”

“We are so happy with the work done at our home and business. We needed a new roof on three buildings following a hailstorm, but insurance only approved a claim on two buildings. Our project manager Dustin Morgan worked with the claims specialist to ultimately get all the work approved, and the job was completed in less than two days without impacting our business. There was a huge mess while the work was going on, but they cleaned up everything and were careful to not hurt my plants. The new roofs are just beautiful and I'm looking forward to having the gutters done very soon. Thank you, Dustin and crew!”

“I am caring for two relatives in Fair Oaks Ranch who needed a water heater replaced. I do not live in Texas. Therefore, finding a reliable and trustworthy plumber was important. Jim was immediately responsive, and remained excellent in communications throughout the process. James came and did the work. My Aunt reported that James was very friendly and seemed excellent and professional in his task. The water heater was installed without issue at a very fair price. “Wow!! Great experience. Kelly was knowledgeable and quite helpful. No pressure as we talked about being first time buyers. Was very patient. Finance went without a snag and at competitive price. All items that needed repair on this 2015 Thor 22E were repaired as agreed. Also, they found several other repair items and fixed at no cost. Orientation walk through was a bit quick for this first timer and walk though guy was somewhat new and did not know some specs. All and all, TREMENDOUSLY positive experience.”
