We had an exceptional experience at ExploreUSA in Boerne. We had just begun a two month RV trip (from Georgia), when we discovered our refrigerator was tipping forward, the trash slide was bent down, and the slide floor was bowing. Considering our Grand Design Solitude was 4 months NEW - we were pretty upset. Matt Riley and Kris Comacho (along with the Grand Design service rep) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get everything fixed in just a few hours! They knew we needed it repaired quickly - and they delivered.

Wow!! Great experience. Kelly was knowledgeable and quite helpful. No pressure as we talked about being first time buyers. Was very patient. Finance went without a snag and at competitive price. All items that needed repair on this 2015 Thor 22E were repaired as agreed. Also, they found several other repair items and fixed at no cost. Orientation walk through was a bit quick for this first timer and walk though guy was somewhat new and did not know some specs. All and all, TREMENDOUSLY positive experience.

Our experience was easy, thorough and professional with Ray and Tracy in service, Chris in sales. All aspects of searching for a new RV and trading our old RV was stress free! Everyone we encountered was courteous and helpful during the whole process. Right down to the over 2 hour walk through to familiarize us with our new RV. We will recommend them all day long!
